The Brief:

This project involved the structural remodeling and fitting out of a high-end fashion boutique and 3000m2 of Office space.

The Project Involved:

  • The demolition and stripping out of existing bank, including the complete façade, roof, 2 five story lift shafts.
  • The structural alterations for new feature staircase through 3 floors, new Portland stone façade, installation of 4 new lifts, 3 new staircases and structural cantilevered staircase.
  • Fitting out 2000m2 of high quality retail space
  • Fitting out 3000m2 of office space including many architectural features
  • Full Mechanical and Electrical installation
  • Marble stone floors, feature ceilings and bronze shopfront
  • New roof
  • New 5th floor extension
