The Brief:
Works involved the extensive remodeling of an existing building creating a unique space in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea.
The Project Involved:
- The demolition and stripping out of existing office, including façade, roof, two five-story lift shafts
- New steelworks, underpinning, lift pit and below ground drainage
- New façade
- The structural alterations for new a feature staircase through 3 floors
- Fitting out of 3,000m² of high quality office space
- Full Mechanical and Electrical installation
- New timber roof of architectural merit
- New high pressure mist system
